The blue bird significance is undeniable.

Many cultures, folklores, and mythologies echo the spiritual meaning of bluebird - depth, loyalty, trust, wisdom, confidence, sincerity, faith, and intelligence.

I was drawn to the name blue bird because they are a living

personification of happiness and prosperity, as well as represents

hope and new beginnings.

What really convinced me to name my practice after a blue bird

is it represents the sign of a loved one visiting from the heavens.

For me, this is the true way to honour all the ways in which

my mom enriched me before she moved on to the afterlife.
